Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access Ventaz websites, apps and AI-assisted commerce tools.
Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for your store, products, offers, prices, claims, ads, landing pages, customer communications and compliance with laws, platform policies and Shopify requirements. Ventaz does not replace your legal, compliance, marketing or product review process.
AI-generated output
AI can hallucinate or produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, infringing, non-compliant or unsuitable for your product or audience. All AI-generated text, images, videos, layouts and recommendations are drafts. You must review them before publishing, and you can edit, replace, remove or ignore generated content at any time.
No performance guarantee
Ventaz is designed to help you move faster, but we do not guarantee conversions, revenue, ad performance, approval by platforms, search rankings or any specific commercial result.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ventaz to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory or abusive content, or to sell products or make claims that you are not legally allowed to sell or make.
Your content and licenses
You keep responsibility for the content, product information, prompts, images and other materials you provide. You grant Ventaz the rights needed to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content to provide and improve the service.
Third-party services
Ventaz may rely on Shopify, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply to parts of your use.
